At the beginning of the school year, I either wanted to intern at a vet clinic, or at a music industry. When we started doing preparation in October, I took a few aptitude tests that said I have an artistic personality. After getting the same results in other aptitude tests, I decided to intern at a music industry. I looked up music places in Durango, and Stillwater and iAM MUSIC immediately appeared. I emailed both organizations, and anticipated their reply. iAM MUSIC emailed me back, saying that they already had an intern, so I waited for the email from Stillwater. I got an email back from Jeroen Van Tyn, saying that he would forward this email to Bailey Barnes-Fagg, the director of Stillwater. She emailed me and told me that she would talk to the rest of the board at Stillwater and get back to me. We stayed in touch for about a few weeks, until she called me, saying that I can intern with them.
I thought that it was going to be a hard, and long process to find and confirm my internship, but it was a pretty fast and easy process.
